About the role
This apprenticeship at Kids In Motion Ltd in London N9 is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about early years education. The apprentice will support children aged 3 months to 4 years, acting as a key person to a small group. Responsibilities include making learning fun, liaising closely with parents/carers, and ensuring each child's needs are met. The role involves working in partnership with families, advising management on any concerns regarding child well-being or safety, and ensuring children are kept safe and child protection procedures are understood. The apprentice will also participate in team and supervision meetings, and undertake required training for personal development. This position offers hands-on experience and the chance to work alongside experienced professionals, with a potential for a permanent role upon completion. The nursery focuses on a unique approach combining physical education expertise with early years development.
