Early Years Educator Apprenticeship - Level 3

About the role

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with prior experience in a nursery or school setting and a passion for childcare and early years to advance their career. As an Early Years Educator Apprentice at SUNRISE DAY NURSERY LIMITED, you will be responsible for providing engaging activities that foster children's learning and development while ensuring their enjoyment. Your duties will include supporting children's learning and development through planning and observations, preparing and maintaining the nursery environment and resources, preparing meals, and supporting children's self-help needs. You will be expected to be creative, enthusiastic, and adhere to all safeguarding rules, first aid requirements, and health and hygiene standards. Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, you will qualify as a Level 3 practitioner, with potential for a permanent role and further career progression into roles such as social work, teaching, or management.

Entry requirements

• GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above. Strong communication, attention to detail, problem-solving, teamwork, creativity, initiative, and patience are essential.
