About the role
John Crane UK Limited is offering a fantastic opportunity for an Apprentice Chartered Surveyor to join their property team. This 3-year program will involve working towards an MSc degree in Real Estate Management and achieving RICS chartered membership. The apprentice will gain experience in various aspects of property management, including liaising with internal and external stakeholders, reviewing leases and contracts, supporting site acquisitions and disposals worldwide, and overseeing property-related projects. The role requires strong communication, IT, organisational, and problem-solving skills. The apprentice will also receive a degree qualification.
