About the role

This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to become an Apprentice Logistics Coordinator at GEMINI FREIGHT MANAGEMENT LTD. You will be responsible for handling client enquiries, coordinating shipments from origin to destination, liaising with clients and overseas partners, and ensuring smooth operations. Key duties include providing clients with shipment status updates, verifying and processing shipping documentation, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, issuing invoices, and arranging deliveries. You will also resolve client queries and complaints with a customer-first approach and build strong client relationships. The role requires excellent communication, IT, attention to detail, organisation, customer care, administrative, numerical, analytical, and teamwork skills. GCSE English and Maths at grade C or 4 are essential. A Level pass (A-D) is desired.
