About the role

This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to become an Apprentice Transport Co-ordinator with DTDTS LTD. You will be responsible for a range of administrative and communication tasks within a busy transport environment. Duties include answering calls, responding to emails and messages, assisting drivers with issues, debriefing drivers, and communicating with customers and depots to resolve queries. General office duties are also part of the role. The apprenticeship includes on-the-job training, support from a dedicated coach, and opportunities for career progression into a supervisory role. DTD Transport Solutions is a specialist in pallet distribution, freight, and haulage services.
