About the role
As an apprentice Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA), you will gain hands-on experience in assessing accident-damaged vehicles. Your responsibilities will include inspecting vehicles, researching appropriate repair methods, and utilizing specialist software to generate repair instructions and costings. You will also collaborate with technical teams, customers, and insurance companies to finalize repair plans. This role offers a varied and engaging work environment with no two days being the same, providing excellent opportunities for skill development within the automotive sector.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4/C or above, along with strong communication, IT, attention to detail, organisation, customer care, problem-solving, presentation, administrative, numerical, analytical, logical, teamwork, creativity, initiative, non-judgmental, patience, and physical fitness skills.
