About the role

Drainline Southern Ltd is seeking a Payroll Administrator Apprentice to join their team in Heathfield. This role will provide comprehensive training in payroll processing, data entry, and compliance with UK payroll legislation. The apprentice will learn to manage employee payroll information, process timesheets, assist with statutory administration such as PAYE and National Insurance, and handle employee payroll queries. Additionally, the role involves wider payroll administration tasks including processing parking charge notices and issuing vouchers. This apprenticeship offers the opportunity for a permanent role and career growth within the company. The training will be provided by Swarm Training, a national apprenticeship provider, and will involve working towards a Level 3 Payroll Administrator apprenticeship over 16-18 months, with dedicated time for training during working hours.
