About the role

This apprenticeship focuses on becoming a skilled Fenestration Installer. Daily duties will involve identifying and confirming installation requirements, interpreting work plans, safely handling and storing materials, preparing sites and equipment, removing existing fenestration, ensuring structural stability, preparing apertures, fixing fenestration units, installing glass and hardware, making good and finishing, maintaining a clean work area, conducting inspections, and handing over installation paperwork. Apprentices will work in compliance with Health and Safety and environmental requirements. Upon completion, apprentices can progress to become skilled traders in specific construction areas or multi-trade professionals managing renovation projects. Further support and training will be provided by The Growth Company, with potential progression to further construction qualifications or site supervision roles.
