About the role

Rooted Beginnings Ltd (Canopy Nursery/Bounds Green) is seeking a Lead Nursery Practitioner Apprentice at Level 5. This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to develop leadership skills while working in a high-quality early years setting. The apprentice will support children's learning, development, and wellbeing, working closely with the Room Leader, Third in Charge, and Deputy Manager. Key responsibilities include implementing the nursery's curriculum, monitoring children's progress, building positive relationships with families and professionals, and contributing to the overall smooth running of the nursery. The role requires initiative, organizational skills, patience, teamwork, and strong communication skills. Upon completion of the 24-month apprenticeship, you will have obtained your Early Years Lead Practitioner Level 5 qualification. There is a possibility of a full-time role after successful completion.
