About the role

Downside Nursery is seeking an Apprentice Level 2 Early Years Practitioner. This role involves supporting children's learning and development through play and structured activities, assisting in creating a safe and stimulating environment, and supporting children's care routines and wellbeing. The apprentice will build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, observe children's progress, and contribute to development records. Key responsibilities include promoting equality, inclusion, and positive behaviour, adhering to safeguarding, child protection, health and safety, and confidentiality procedures. The apprentice will also work as part of a team to provide high-quality care and education. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about working with children to gain valuable experience and complete a Level 2 qualification.
