About the role

This role will provide efficient and reliable chairside support to clinicians while ensuring high standards of patient care, confidentiality, and GDPR compliance. Day-to-day Dental Nurse duties may include welcoming patients, handling basic enquiries, preparing surgeries, sterilising instruments, assisting clinicians during treatments, and accurately updating patient records. You will also support patients' comfort, monitor and manage stock, maintain clean clinical areas, and uphold patient privacy. This is an apprenticeship in dental nursing with a Level 3 qualification. The training is provided by Tempdent and includes Functional Skills if applicable. Career progression opportunities are excellent, with the potential to become a Senior Dental Nurse, Lead Nurse, Treatment Coordinator, Practice Manager, Dental Hygienist, Dental Therapist, or Orthodontic Therapist.
