About the role
This Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship at Little Stepping Stones Nursery offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience and a recognized qualification in childcare. As an apprentice, you will support the daily care, learning, and development of children aged 0-5 years, planning and delivering engaging activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). You will help foster a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment, observing and recording children's progress, and supporting their individual learning needs. The role involves assisting with daily routines, building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, and adhering to nursery policies on safeguarding, health, and safety. You will work alongside experienced practitioners, benefiting from training and professional development to support children's independence, confidence, communication, and social skills. The apprenticeship includes weekly online lessons with The Recalvi Enterprise Ltd and practical experience at the nursery, with ongoing mentoring and support.
