About the role
Become a qualified Early Years Educator with this Level 3 apprenticeship. You will be responsible for a small group of children, ensuring their care, learning, and development within the Early Years Foundation Stage framework. This role involves planning activities, observing progress, creating learning journeys, and maintaining strong partnerships with parents. You will gain a comprehensive understanding of childcare policies and procedures, and contribute to a safe, stimulating, and positive learning environment. The apprenticeship also includes functional skills support in English and Maths, and a Paediatric First Aid qualification. Upon successful completion, there is potential for a full-time position.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths: 4-C or above or Level 2 FS (Essential) AND must already have a Level 2 Early Years Practitioner qualification.
