About the role
This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to embark on a career in Early Years childcare. The role involves assisting in delivering high-quality childcare, building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, and ensuring each child's individual needs are met. You will work towards the Early Years Educator Level 3 standard, supported by Juniper Training, and gain valuable on-the-job experience within a safe and secure nursery environment. The training program includes paediatric first aid and monthly virtual masterclasses. Upon successful completion, you can progress to become a fully qualified Early Years Educator, potentially moving into roles such as room leader or a management position (Level 5).
