About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to progress from a Level 2 Early Years Practitioner Apprenticeship to a Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship. You will be working with children, ensuring they achieve their learning objectives and contributing to a high level of quality childcare. The role involves building effective relationships with children, parents, and team members, meeting individual child needs, and working towards apprenticeship standards. Training will include paediatric first aid, on-the-job learning from qualified staff, and monthly online masterclasses. A passion for a career in Early Years and commitment to completing the apprenticeship are essential.
Entry requirements
- GCSE Maths and English grade 4 or above.
