About the role

Are you a passionate early years practitioner looking to continue to develop your career in a nursery setting? Heywood House Children’s Nursery have a great opportunity to train as an Early Years Educator Apprentice and gain your level 3 whilst supporting children's learning, play and development and building key relationships. As an Apprentice, you’ll be tasked with providing a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for the children aged 9 months - 5 years old, in our beautiful setting. Key responsibilities include: To deliver a high standard of learning, development and care for children aged 0-5 years; To ensure that the nursery is a safe environment for children, staff and others; To develop partnerships with parents/carers to increase involvement in their child’s development; To be responsible for any tasks delegated by the Deputy Nursery Manager/Nursery Manager; To complete all academic aspects of the apprenticeship, which will lead to a nationally recognised qualification, that is fully transferable to other employers.
