About the role
Support new and existing clients in hiring apprentices, manage candidate registrations, attraction, and education. Assist with marketing and administration of roles, providing a 360-degree consultative service including business development. Work closely with engagement team members and account managers, updating CRM systems, mailing candidates/clients, and reporting. Become an integral part of business development with career flexibility.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths: C/4 or above (Essential). Communication skills, IT skills, Attention to detail, Customer care skills, Administrative skills, Initiative, Professional attitude, Eagerness to learn.
