About the role
This apprenticeship offers an exciting opportunity to become a Financial Services Customer Adviser with NFU Mutual Yorkshire Coast Agency, operated by PICKERING & ROBINSON. You will work under general supervision to support the agency's sales efforts, contribute to strategic growth, and provide high levels of customer service to maximise customer retention and satisfaction. Key duties include advising on general insurance requirements, handling sales enquiries via telephone and email, cross-selling opportunities, and maintaining product knowledge. You will also act as a Life Introducer and promote financial services. This role involves administrative tasks such as processing payments and producing correspondence, all while adhering to NFU Mutual's compliance standards. You will be part of a team, contributing to a fairly distributed workload and developing your skills through continual training.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C or above, with a minimum of 5 subjects including Maths and English at grade 4/C or above.
