About the role

This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to become a Supply Chain Warehouse Operative at Nationwide Supplies Buntingford Ltd. You will be a vital link in the supply chain, ensuring the seamless flow of goods from delivery to dispatch. Your responsibilities will include unloading, inspecting, and logging inbound shipments, safely transporting, storing, and organising stock using specialised equipment, and picking, packing, and checking outgoing orders against delivery notes. You will also conduct regular inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy and ensure a secure, clean, and compliant warehouse environment. This role requires good time management, efficiency, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team. Physical fitness is also essential. The apprenticeship could lead to a full-time permanent role upon successful completion.

Entry requirements

  • GCSE Maths and English at grades 9-4 (A*-C). Good time management, efficiency, attention to detail, a good team player, good communication skills, and must be physically fit.
