About the role
Harriet Ellis Training Solutions in Romford is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Recruitment Consultant to join their expanding team. This office-based role involves supporting learners enrolled in their Dental Nursing course with their job search and managing relationships with employers. The successful candidate will match learners with dental vacancies, arrange interviews and trial days, and obtain new vacancies from dental practices. Strong communication, IT, and organizational skills are essential, along with a confident telephone manner and excellent customer service. The apprenticeship includes remote training with RM Training (UK) Limited, offering 24/7 support and structured learning through weekly/fortnightly meetings. Off-the-job training is incorporated into the working hours and follows the Occupational Standard.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English Grade 4. Desired: GCSE Maths Grade 4.
