This role is ideal for someone with prior customer-facing sales experience looking to build a career in sales and finance. The company, a commercial finance brokerage based in Bristol, focuses on sourcing finance solutions for businesses. The apprenticeship will begin with a Business Administration Level 3 for 12-15 months, covering core administrative, communication, and organisational skills, with exposure to marketing tasks. Upon completion, there is a clear progression route to a Marketing Executive Level 4 apprenticeship. Key responsibilities include sales support such as CRM maintenance, client liaison, and preparing finance applications, as well as marketing support including social media, email campaigns, website updates, and marketing material creation.

Entry requirements

  • GCSE Maths at Level 4 and GCSE English at Level 4. Strong communication, IT, organisation, attention to detail, customer care, problem-solving, administrative skills, initiative, and teamwork are desired.
