About the role
BTIS, a nationwide, independent engineering inspection company, is seeking an Apprentice Service Delivery Coordinator. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in service coordination, administration, and customer service. You will be responsible for managing daily schedules of engineering teams, acting as a point of contact for clients, maintaining service records, and tracking inspection progress. The apprenticeship involves working closely with operational and technical teams to ensure efficient service delivery and identifying areas for process improvement. Maintaining impartiality and confidentiality is paramount, in line with ISO 17020 and BTIS Quality Management System requirements. This apprenticeship will provide valuable skills, knowledge, and workplace experience, with potential for permanent employment and career progression upon completion.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above, strong communication, organisation, customer care, administrative skills, initiative, and teamwork.
