About the role
This is a degree apprenticeship opportunity for individuals passionate about engineering who want to combine academic study with practical on-the-job experience. As a Systems Engineering Apprentice, you will develop technical knowledge, practical skills, and professional behaviors to become a capable engineer. You will support the delivery of systems and equipment solutions, contributing to projects and gaining experience in requirements capture, system design, testing, and problem-solving. The apprenticeship includes studying towards a BEng Applied Professional Engineering Degree with The University of Warwick, following the Product Design and Development Engineer pathway, and will lead to a permanent role within Thales.
Entry requirements
- 5 GCSEs incl. Maths & English (A-C or 9-4), Maths and a further STEM subject at A Level (BB minimum of 112 UCAS points).
