About the role

ER&I Strategy helps leading organisations in the Energy, Resources & Industrials (ER&I) sector tackle their most critical challenges, capture new opportunities, and unlock new growth in an increasingly complex, fast-changing world. We combine deep industry expertise, strategic knowledge, and data-driven insights to advise clients on how to futureproof their business, seize new market opportunities, navigate disruptive technologies, and drive sustainable value. We help our clients make critical decisions, solving their toughest business challenges, helping them to achieve their goals, and delivering meaningful outcomes for customers and society. This role spans strategy, innovation, business model design, commercial strategy, transformation, operating model design, business case development, and organisational change.

Entry requirements

• A minimum 2:1 in any degree discipline and graduated by September 2027.
