Business Valuations - Mergers & Acquisitions

About the role

Our valuation specialists provide clarity on complex valuation questions and deliver industry insights to support critical decision-making. We work with a broad range of clients (both corporate and public sector) and financiers to advise on a wide range of issues, including transactions, reorganisations, financial planning, investment cases, cash flow forecasting, cost transformations, regulatory matters and financial reporting. You'll need to have obtained or be studying towards a minimum 2:1 in any degree discipline and have graduated by September 2027 for the Autumn 2027 intake. Within the valuations team, we thoroughly examine various factors like past performance, future expectations, market conditions, management plans, and industry trends. We then provide robust analysis, often questioning management's assumptions, all backed by our deep commercial and industry knowledge. This helps our clients clearly see the true value, understand what drives it, and identify any risks, allowing them to make balanced decisions about price.
