About the role

Join Care Givers as a Team Leader and make a meaningful difference every day. You will lead and support colleagues to deliver high-quality, person-centred care, coordinate support packages, oversee care plans and risk assessments, and promote the choice, dignity, independence and wellbeing of the people we support. Responsibilities include providing high-quality care, coordinating care packages, assessing support needs, managing care packages, allocating tasks to support workers, ensuring documentation meets requirements, conducting quality audits, and handling administrative duties. The role also involves supporting recruitment and staff training. Applicants must be aged 18+ due to working within people's own homes and may need to work at other locations. A strong work ethic, dependability, punctuality, patience, empathy, and a proactive, can-do attitude are essential, alongside a commitment to respecting individual rights and dignity.
