Childcare Apprenticeship – Level 3 Early Years Educator

About the role

This apprenticeship is ideal for individuals with some prior knowledge and experience in a nursery or school setting who are passionate about childcare and early years education and wish to advance their careers. Responsibilities include providing excellent learning activities for children, supporting their development through planning and observations, preparing and maintaining the nursery environment and resources, preparing food for meals, assisting children with self-help needs, and maintaining high standards of health, hygiene, and safeguarding. The role requires creativity, enthusiasm, and a non-judgmental approach. Training will include first aid and any necessary updates to standards or legal requirements. Upon completion, apprentices will qualify as Level 3 practitioners, with potential for permanent employment and further career progression into roles such as social work, teaching, or management.
