About the role

This Solicitor Apprenticeship at Trowers & Hamlins LLP offers a comprehensive training program over six years, leading to qualification as a solicitor. The program is structured to provide a solid foundation in legal practice, combining academic study with hands-on experience across various departments.

In the initial years (1-2), apprentices will work at a legal assistant level, handling tasks such as scheduling, filing, document management, and legal research, while simultaneously completing their law degree. From years 3-4, the role progresses to a paralegal level, involving more complex legal research, managing matters under supervision, and preparing legal documents, still alongside academic study. The final 1.5 years will see apprentices merge with the trainee cohort, undertaking six-month rotations across the business and completing their Solicitors Qualifying Examinations.

Entry requirements
