About the role

Trowers & Hamlins LLP is offering an exciting Solicitor Apprenticeship program across their four UK offices. This program allows apprentices to complete their law degree over the first four years, followed by the Solicitors Qualifying Examination in the final year and a half. Apprentices will gain exposure to a wide variety of departments throughout their training. In the initial years, duties will involve legal assistant tasks like scheduling, filing, and legal research, alongside degree study. As the apprenticeship progresses to years 3-4, apprentices will move to a paralegal level, undertaking more complex tasks under supervision. In the final two years, apprentices will join the trainee cohorts, completing six-month rotations and their SQE examinations.

Entry requirements

  • GCSE English and Maths at grade 6/B or above, and A-levels with specific grade requirements (A, B, B). Strong communication, IT, attention to detail, and organizational skills are essential.
