About the role

As an Apprentice Care Worker, you will support individuals with their daily routines, promote their independence and wellbeing, and provide compassionate, person-centred care in line with their individual needs and care plans. This role requires a full UK driving licence with your own vehicle. We are looking for someone who is compassionate, respectful, dependable, and willing to learn. Previous care experience is not essential, as we are committed to supporting the right person through their apprenticeship. You will gain experience supporting clients with their daily routines, personal care, medication, nutrition, mobility and well-being, always following individual care plans and promoting independence wherever possible. Throughout your apprenticeship, you will be supported by experienced colleagues who will help you develop professionally and work towards a recognised qualification in care.
