About the role
Become an apprentice at Specsavers and gain experience in a full-time role with the support of a global brand, earning a real wage. You will be responsible for providing customers with top-notch advice, a warm welcome, dealing with orders, efficiently answering telephone calls, and advising customers on the readiness or delay of their hearing aids/glasses. This is an entry-level position, and prior experience in the customer service sector is not required. Upon completion, you will achieve a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner qualification, opening doors to various career paths within Specsavers, including roles in call centres, reception, and meet and greet.
