About the role
This Accounts Apprenticeship offers an entry-level opportunity to gain hands-on accounting experience, develop key industry skills, and build a strong foundation for your professional future in a supportive and collaborative environment. Duties include daily reconciliation of bank accounts, processing supplier invoices, raising payments, chasing outstanding items, and supporting the preparation of management and year-end accounts. The role also involves managing financial records using Xero, maintaining the product cost file, and assisting with stock counts. The apprentice will also handle inbound inquiries, process customer orders, support credit limit decisions, prepare customer invoicing, and perform general office duties. Career progression offers the chance to develop broader knowledge of running a small premium beverage business with a focus on commercial sales.
Entry requirements
- Minimum 2 A Levels (A-C). Strong communication, attention to detail, numeracy, and literacy skills. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and a positive attitude are essential.
