About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Apprentice to join Tio Talent. You’ll gain hands-on experience within a fast-paced, high-growth recruitment environment, learning how to headhunt exceptional candidates, support clients, and deliver high-quality recruitment solutions with pace, accuracy and professionalism. Duties include Headhunting & Candidate Search, Client Support & Delivery, Business Development Support, Marketing & Brand Support, and Administration. An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. Off-the-job training will follow the time allocations outlined in the occupational standard. Entry requirements

  • GCSE English & maths A*-C/ 4-9. Communication skills, IT skills, Attention to detail, Organisation skills, Customer care skills, Problem solving skills, Administrative skills, Analytical skills, Logical, Creative, Initiative, Non judgemental, Patience, Confident Telephone Manner. Driving is preferred. Some transferable customer facing work experience desirable.
