Customer Service Apprenticeship

About the role

Become an apprentice at Specsavers and gain experience in a full-time role with the support of a global brand, earning a real wage. This apprenticeship focuses on providing customers with top-notch advice and a warm welcome. Duties include dealing with orders, answering telephone calls efficiently, and advising customers on their hearing aids/glasses.

This entry-level position requires good communication, organisation, administrative, and teamwork skills. You will work towards a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner qualification and may complete functional skills in maths and English if needed. Upon completion, you will have a range of career options within Specsavers, such as roles in call centres, reception, or meet and greet.

Entry requirements

• GCSE Maths grade 9-3 (A*-D), strong communication, organisation, administrative, and teamwork skills. Must not have worked in the customer service sector before.
