About the role

Our Service Technicians/Mechanics are involved in all aspects of maintenance and repair, from routine servicing to complex diagnostics and repairs for our customers' vehicles. The Service department is vital to the success of our business, and our Service Technicians/Mechanics play a pivotal role in delighting our customers. Duties include using diagnostic equipment, testing parts, carrying out inspections, maintaining electronic systems, repairing vehicle parts, and completing paperwork. You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of products, including traditional, hybrid, and electronic engines. Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate skills in logic and problem-solving, attention to detail, and commitment to this three-year training program. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about the automotive industry and our brand, with enthusiasm, teamwork, strong communication, customer service skills, and an interest in vehicle engineering. Excellent earning and progression opportunities are available upon completion of the apprenticeship.

Entry requirements

  • GCSEs in English, Maths, and Science at grades 9-4. Essential skills include communication, IT, attention to detail, organisation, customer care, problem-solving, presentation, administration, number skills, analytical thinking, logic, teamwork, creativity, initiative, being non-judgemental, patience, and physical fitness.
