About the role
This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to learn the skills and knowledge necessary to become a proficient service technician in the automotive industry. Under the guidance of experienced technicians, the apprentice will gain hands-on experience, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of Stellantis products and services.
Responsibilities include assisting senior technicians in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical and electrical systems, performing routine maintenance, and using diagnostic tools. The role also involves collaborating with team members, following safety protocols, documenting service activities, and communicating effectively with customers. Apprentices will attend training sessions, workshops, and block training at a state-of-the-art training centre in Coventry, complemented by regular coaching visits and e-learning modules. There are extensive opportunities for career progression within the expanding dealer network upon successful completion of the program.
Entry requirements
- GCSE Maths and English at Grade 4 or above. Strong communication, IT, attention to detail, organisation, problem-solving, analytical, and team working skills.
