Service Technician Apprenticeship

About the role

This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to learn the skills and knowledge necessary to become a proficient service technician in the automotive industry. Under the guidance of experienced technicians, the apprentice will gain hands-on experience, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of Stellantis products and services. Responsibilities include assisting senior technicians in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical systems, performing routine maintenance, participating in equipment installations, using diagnostic tools, collaborating with team members, following safety protocols, documenting service activities, attending training sessions, and communicating effectively with customers. The role is ideal for individuals passionate about mechanics, problem-solving, and providing exceptional customer service.

Entry requirements

• GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above, strong communication, IT, attention to detail, organisation, problem-solving, analytical, logical, and teamwork skills. Patience is also important.
