About the role
An exciting opportunity to continue your childcare career with Parenta Training, working within a supportive early years setting at Westerham Day Nursery. You will develop your knowledge and skills whilst working towards a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification and supporting children aged 0-5 to learn, develop and thrive. Duties include supporting children's learning and development in line with the EYFS framework, planning and delivering engaging activities, completing observations, supporting children's personal, social and emotional development, promoting positive behaviour, working closely with colleagues and families, ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of children, and following safeguarding, child protection and confidentiality procedures. This role requires good communication, IT skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for working with children.
