About the role
We have a fantastic opportunity for an aspiring apprentice to join our team within the toddler 2-3's room at Westerham Day Nursery. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are ambitious and want to gain a playworker qualification while getting hands-on experience. You'll create meaningful relationships with the children, your team, and parents.
Key duties include supporting children's care, play, and learning activities, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment, communicating with parents about children's progress, observing and assessing children, maintaining records, attending courses to develop skills, completing assignments, and collaborating with colleagues. You will adhere to all relevant policies and procedures.
