About the role
This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to join BULLEN DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED as an Apprentice Building Surveyor. You will work closely with the Directors, gaining hands-on experience across property development, asset management, and strategic land holdings. The role is varied and requires a proactive individual willing to undertake a wide range of tasks. Duties include assisting with project costing, managing quotes for repairs, overseeing small on-site projects, and supporting the assessment of new property or land opportunities. You will also assist in pricing infrastructure projects and maintain project trackers.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at C/4 or above, and 96 UCAS Points from any A-levels.
