The programme includes study towards AAT Levels 3 and 4, followed by ACA, leading to Chartered Accountant status, with potential experience in Corporate Finance and Financial Advisory. The first two years focus on foundational learning, followed by broader experience through placements in regional offices (Glasgow, Carlisle, Newcastle, Leeds, or Manchester). Visiting clients is a key part of the role, and willingness to learn to drive within three months of joining is required.
