About the role
An exciting opportunity for a Mobile Heavy Goods Vehicle Apprentice to support experienced Maintenance Technicians with servicing and defect repairs at various customer sites. The role provides hands-on training across a range of HGVs. Applicants must hold a driving licence (van will be supplied) and be able to start work at 5:00 am. Duties will include assisting with vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs, diagnosing and rectifying faults, performing vehicle inspections, using diagnostic equipment, completing job cards, adhering to health and safety procedures, maintaining tools and vehicles, and developing skills to become a qualified Mobile HGV Engineer. Successful completion of the apprenticeship may lead to a permanent position.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English Grade 4, GCSE Maths Grade 4. Desired: GCSE ICT Grade 4, Valid UK Driving License.
