About the role

SEEDLINGS DAY NURSERY LTD is seeking a dynamic individual with a passion for early years education to join their friendly team as a Childcare Level 3 Apprentice. This role involves supporting children aged 9 months to 5 years, acting as a key person to a small group of children, making learning fun, and liaising closely with parents/carers. Key duties include ensuring children's needs are met, working in partnership with families, advising the manager of any concerns, teaching children through stimulating play, safeguarding children, and actively participating in team meetings and training. The apprenticeship includes a Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship Standard, with training conducted at the nursery location.

Entry requirements

• GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above. Desired skills include communication, IT, attention to detail, organisation, customer care, problem-solving, presentation, administration, numeracy, analysis, logic, teamwork, creativity, initiative, being non-judgemental, patience, and physical fitness.
