About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for an Accounting Apprentice to join DNS ACCOUNTANTS LTD in Middlesex. The apprentice will work under the guidance of the finance and administration team to gain a Level 3 qualification in Accounting. Key duties include processing timesheets, weekly pay runs, invoice raising, bookkeeping, chasing outstanding invoices, updating HR & Payroll systems, administering new employee processes, and assisting with management information reports. The apprenticeship is for a duration of 1 year and 6 months, leading to a Level 3 Assistant Accountant (AAT) qualification and potentially Level 2 Bookkeeping. Upon successful completion, the candidate can progress into further training or full-time employment. This role offers valuable on-the-job training within a highly regarded business.
Entry requirements
- GCSE Maths at grade 4 (Essential), GCSE English at grade 4 (Desired), GCSE Romanian at grade 4 (Desired). Strong communication, IT, organisation, problem-solving, and administrative skills are also required.
