About the role

Prompt Healthcare Staffing is seeking a new Care Coordinator Apprentice to study towards an Adult Care Worker apprenticeship at Level 2. This role requires a full UK driving licence. The apprentice will provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to individuals in their homes, promoting independence, dignity, and well-being. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, reporting observations to the office team, and reviewing care plans. Key tasks involve delivering tailored care, assisting with personal care, meal preparation, medication administration (with training), supporting community access, maintaining accurate records, monitoring health changes, safeguarding vulnerable individuals, adhering to health and safety protocols, and providing emotional support. The apprenticeship is delivered by Paragon Education & Skills Limited, an Ofsted-rated 'Good' provider. Upon completion of this 10-month apprenticeship, the individual will achieve an Adult Care Worker Level 2 qualification. There is a possibility of a full-time role upon successful completion.
