About the role
Embark on an Early Years Advanced Apprenticeship with Little Petals Day Nursery in READING. This full-time role involves hands-on experience in childcare, supporting children's learning and development through play-based activities. You will assist with daily routines, prepare snacks, observe progress, and foster social, emotional, and communication skills. Safeguarding and health & safety are paramount. Entry requirements
- GCSE Maths (grade 4) and GCSE English (grade 4). Strong communication, organisation, problem-solving, and teamwork skills are essential. Must be creative, show initiative, be non-judgemental, patient, physically fit, and kind.
