About the role

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Childcare Level 3 Apprentice at Footsteps Day Nursery in Chingford. This role involves acting as a key person to a group of children, building strong relationships with parents and carers, and ensuring each child's individual needs are met. You will be responsible for providing a stimulating and safe environment, engaging children in play, and adhering to child protection procedures. The apprenticeship offers a pathway to a permanent position with opportunities for professional development. The nursery is a small, family-owned chain serving the East London community since 2010, providing care for children aged 6 months to 5 years.
