About the role
Miller and Carter is offering a Chef Apprenticeship focused on developing culinary skills in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This role offers hands-on training and the opportunity to work towards a Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship standard over 15 months. The apprenticeship is delivered through work-based training with regular support from a Lifetime Learner Coach and an in-house mentor. Successful candidates will gain a nationally recognised qualification and learn to prepare, cook, and present food to brand standards, ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining kitchen cleanliness. The role requires strong communication and teamwork skills. No prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided.
