About the role
Embark on a culinary journey with this Chef Apprenticeship at Stonehouse Pizza & Carvery, part of the Mitchells and Butlers group. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and gain a Level 2 Production Chef Apprenticeship qualification over 15 months. You'll be involved in preparing, cooking, and presenting food to brand standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Responsibilities include maintaining kitchen cleanliness, handling guest queries, participating in team meetings, and adhering to all company policies and safety regulations. No prior experience is needed, just a willingness to learn, a passion for cooking, and pride in your work. This is a work-based training program with a mix of face-to-face sessions and remote coaching, supported by an in-workplace mentor. Upon completion, there are opportunities for further progression within the company, including higher-level apprenticeships.
