About the role
This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to become a Chef at White Horse - Leamington Spa. You will be working towards a Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship standard over 15 months, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The role involves preparing, cooking, and presenting food to brand standards, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and contributing to team success. No prior experience is necessary as full training will be provided. You will develop your culinary skills and gain a nationally recognised qualification while supporting the running of the kitchen and ensuring quality for guests. The apprenticeship includes work-based training with some remote coaching sessions and a workplace mentor.
